Treatment Options
WCA “T” Treatment
A proprietary formula integrated into the WCA that promotes soft settling when mixed with any type of water. WCA “T” will cause your lapping slurry to be on the acid side being between pH 3.5 – 4.5 causing a chemical mechanical lapping process on many sub straights such as glass and quartz. This treatment will keep your slurry from settling hard and allow your equipment to operate efficiently after sitting idle for several hours or days.
WCA “B” Treatment
A proprietary formula intergraded into the WCA that promotes soft settling when mixed with any type of water. WCA “B” treatment will cause your lapping slurry to be on the basic or alkaline side of the pH. This treatment will keep your slurry from settling hard and allow your equipment to operate efficiently after sitting idle for several hours or days.
WCA “TO” Treatment
A proprietary formula integrated in the WCA that promotes soft settling when mixed with oil or kerosene-based slurries. This treatment will keep your slurry from settling hard and allow your equipment to operate efficiently after sitting idle for several hours or days.
